The Commonwealth of Dominica Maritime Administration would like to shine its spotlight on two mariners - Mr. Jason Bygrave and Mr. Hugh Marshall. They are being highlighted because of their intelligence, positive attitudes and enthusiasm.

Flag State Inspection

The program was created with the goal of assisting ship owners and operators with the safe operation of their vessels and to reduce number of deficiencies.

Northeast Maritime Institute, our parent company, is the primary training provider for the Commonwealth of Dominica International Maritime Registry.
